one less problem
Jagd[tiger] is a buildable replacement for the Kettenkrad... It can cloak and cap points. :P

Its not entirely working properly, AI Soviet can retreat as normal even though there is no option to retreat for Human Soviet players.

no offense, but:
soviet used lots of arty and mortar while wehr players looked a bit stubborn and noobish trying to defend with bunkers being bombed without even trying to rush the mortars with infantry... and then in the middle of the game the replay ends...

All expensive. Infantry, engineers are weak. Still don't have guns, mortars, etc.
It became better, but on former there is no capture of guns and mortars. >:(
The infantry in comparison with the first version became weak.
Manual machine guns aren't effective. All is expensive.
Models of guardsmen the bad.

In the first version EF of an arrow cost cheaper and were more effective.
Light tanks (T-70, T-90) must be cheaper or more affordable.
Improvements to produce (Headquarters).
RD Tank Hunter-the ability of a horse with horseshoes medium tank.

The impact OF THE ML-20 which bombed and impossible Firebase to capture. :)

the unit costs were increased for balance reasons.

soviet units cannot capture heavy weapons because of a bug that can only be solved by relic not the EF team.

models have nothing to do with balance, post something like that in here:

No one plays.

Я говорил, что надо дать возможность бронебойщикам (RD Tank Hunter) подбивать средние танки.

Пока вы наконец не сделаете захват пушек, минометов и т.д. - не о каком балансе речи быть не может. Тем более что на первых порах отрядам не хватает станкового пулемета (DS-39 machine gun).
Альтернативой может быть  ba

He said that Tank Hunter should be able to tamp medium tanks, we need capturing of heavy weapons for the real balance, and we need ДС-39 machine gun at early game (or БА-3).
