The links themselves don't work? Unfortunately that's an issue with the original author.

However, if you need any more information on the working of the maps themselves, and how to use them, just let me know!

I found the map on another host and downloaded it and did as you said but it does not show up in EF

Aha! I see your problem! Grab all of your files and move them with the sgb file!

Only sga's go in the "my documents" location, which you don't have. sga's are a packed version of all the files together.
