Patcher Issues

So my friend is having some issues where the launcher doesn't seem to update, I asked him what version he was one but the space for the version number was blank like this:

Eastern Front Version:
Launcher Version: 3.2.0.0
Launcher Author: Will Waywell (Hawk)
Author's Website: newbielink:http://www.gsclan.co.uk [nonactive]

We were able to play together before it updated so I assume hes on like 1.7.1, is there any way to download the patch other than the launcher cause I looked around an I couldn't find anything.

Please note if you are (for example) 1.7.0.1, you need to download (and install) 1.7.0.2, 1.7.1.0 and then finally 1.7.2.0 in the correct order.
