Soviets* Fixed missing projectile for the IS-2.
* Fixed Soviet flag and resource point texture.
* Nerfed ISU-152 AoE range set to 3(previously 6).
* Nerfed ISU-152 AoE dmg set to 1/0.5/0.25/0.25.
* Nerfed ISU-152 AoE distance set to 0.75/1.5/3/3.
* Swapped ISU-152 stun for the barrage instead of the normal shot.
* Fixed a small OE bug with the Katyusha rocket.
Royal Marine Corps* Fixed Comet UI stats.
* Fixed Crusader UI stats.
* Fixed Cromwell Command Tank veterancy.
* Achilles now shares veterancy with the Command Tank.
* RMC starting MG nest has zero pop cost.
* SAS Raiders pop cost reduced to 4.
* Removing Speed Governors from locked down Brit HQ trucks.
* RMC Comet health set to 600 like the CW Comet.
* HQ Truck won't show the Speed Governors upgrade when locked down(previously it did).
Americans* Fixed missing projectile for the Upgunned Sherman.
Wehrmatch* Increased penetration of schrecks vs ISU-152/IS-2/IS-3 by 0.1.
* Descreased penetration of pak 38 vs KV1 by 0.08.
Panzer Elite* Fixed PE AT grenade ability when getting double schrecks.
* Fixed Ketten and Schwimm not showing the correct meshes depending of the CT.
* Increased penetration of schrecks vs ISU-152/IS-2/IS-3 by 0.1.
Localization* Russian is now (almost) up to date.
