How to: Get mods to work with Steam CoH

This guide is for the players out there that are confused on how to get mods to work with the Steam version of Company of Heroes and it's expansions. I do not have Opposing Fronts, so I can't help you there, but I will do my best to help you out with Company of Heroes. Here goes...

    1. Open your Company of Heroes folder. I think that this folder is universal, because it is in the common folder in Steamapps. The direct directory for me is C:\program files\steam\steamapps\common\company of heroes. This is where you will be extracting .module files and their folder counterparts. Mine:

2. Extract your mod to C:\program files\steam\steamapps\common\company of heroes.

3. Go to steam, right click on Company of Heroes and click on properties. From there, click on "Set Launch Options...", and in that window, type "-modname whatever -dev". Replace whatever with the name of the .module file you extracted to your Company of Heroes directory... See the picture for further explanation.
