Define the Tiers
« on: August 31, 2009, 05:52:39 PM »
As i was reading the guide, i noticed it talking about the tiers in the buildings (i.e. Having one building gives you T1 in that building, 2 gives you T2 in both etc). My question is, which units/upgrades are T1, T2, and T3. Its obvious in the mustering tent, but not in the other two. Could the devs shed some light on the matter? Thanks in advance.

EDIT: Also wanted to ask, whats an outpost akin to? What does it do?

Currently, it looks like this (it may change) -

Mustering Tent -
T1 : Conscripts
T2 : Strelky
T3 : Guards

Support -
T1 : Sharpshooter, Tank Hunter
T2 : Heavy Mortar, ZiS-2
T3 : Medic Truck

Tank Hall -
T1 : T-70, T-90
T2 : T-34, SU-85
T3 : IS-2

Armoury Upgrades -
Requires Mustering Tent : Extra Rifles, Molotovs, Sturmovie Ingenery
Requires Support Barracks : Artillery Spotter, Man against Machine (extra PTRD), Phosphor Shells (Mortar)
Requires Tank Hall : T-34/85

Outpost is a buildable point that you can garrison and reinforce from... I don't think you can relate it to anything this is currently in game. Its like a field HQ that you don't upgrade and can't build from.

So is an outpost the only to reinforce on the field, or can the medic truck do that as well, seeing as there is no half tracks

Outpost is currently the only way to reinforce outside your base sector.

The HQ building is untiered. You can build both Ingenery and Command Squad from the very beginning of each match.
