How do people play soviets on Blitzkrieg mod,

I see lots of pictures of the soviets on Blitzkrieg mod.

I never heard of such thing

... probably it won't be that fun because you would need to tweak too many things to make it "functional"

Maybe you can post some screenshots of that sub mod.
