while were discussing it, i as an axis player actually agree with the thinking behind it. for example, how could we call this ww2 if the axis just repelled all d-day attacks and americans or british just sat on their butts while the soviets got whupped? all cranial is doing is giving the allies a better chance to join the festivities.

Pretty much that's the reasoning behind it.

Plus, if the Axis repel D-Day, they win the game, which means it has to be difficult to defend against D-Day.

This is why there are stacked territories surrounding Capitals. Capitals themselves are played Best of 5, but the road to victory shouldn't just be a steamroll. To enter a capital city you need to win 3/3 of the games in the surrounding territories.

This part of the rule actually makes it harder for the Allies slightly more than the Axis, because the Axis have more territories surrounding their Capitals as opposed to the Allies.

also makes the tourney longer, meaning more battles, more fun, and more players.

I will be on tomorrow at  17:00 GMT (noon EST), and will remain on till about 19:00 GMT (2:00 EST). if we need more time, I can make room for it, however, CER10TY, you need to be there. Also, is your in-game name CER10TY, or is it something else?
Also, game name is "EF toruney, battle for sector 1", am I adding a password, which will be utah.
May the best commander win.  8)

Doesn't matter: All are up for usage.

I haven't heard about any other American Reward Units except the M18 Hellcat which came from ToV, and another one which also came from ToV. :S

There the 105mm Sherman in EF, as well as the Jumbo Sherman. 105 replaces the flame Sherman, while Jumbo replaces Calliope. Does anyone know what the new US reward unit will be btw?
