That's correct. In the beginning, nothing is known to the enemy. But after the first battles, you'll know who's where. It will be shown by the first map update on Sunday.

I don't understand if are the Commanders that will decide the players which will play a match or the players can offer themself to play.

For example:

Option 1:

I'm the Commander and I want attack the sectors X and Y; and I say: "Players 1 and 2 will play this game"

Option2:

I'm the Commander and I want attack the sectors X and Y; and I say "Who wants play the matches for sectors X and Y?"

You have a reply in your attack, however it would be a conditional victory unless something is worked out.

What's to explain? All games except specially marked ones will be played best of 3. (Excluding this round unless players agree otherwise.)

"All games, unless otherwise specified, will be played best of 3, with 2/3 wins needed to win a territory. In stacked sectors, you will need to win 3/3 (1/3 for D-Day) for victory as an attacker."

Im not sure what a stacked sector is (im assuming its a map with more than 1 map) but it says you must win all 3 games. So what happens if you lose one game ? And for D-Day winnng 1/3 games seems slightly unfair. This means at any point during the 3 games if the Allies manage to pull off just one win, they get the whole territory (IDK if this applies to Axis too).
