Does EF work for mac?

Hello, I have friend who is getting CoH soon, an he has a Mac. Will Eastern Front Mod work on his computer?

Erm...

Unfortunately, the only released version of COH for the mac IIRC is the Campaigned version.

I do not think EF would work on a mac version by this reasoning.
