Modify/add registry path to obtain CoH location

Hi guys,

I experienced the same problem many had when using Steam: Unable to locate CoH directory, e.g. newbielink:http://easternfront.org/forums/index.php?topic=7509.msg108543 [nonactive]. And I did fix it by creating the missing Uninstall registry key as suggested.

Anyway, why check for the uninstall location instead of this one:

Code: newbielink:javascript:void(0); [nonactive]

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\THQ\Company of Heroes  >> installdir
That's the actual registry key when installed through Steam and I believe it is the same on a standard DVD installation.

Using WinXP sp2.

I didn't notice such registry entry existed. But I've tested without the uninstall entry and it shows the error, so maybe both are needed.
