Grammer in different langauges is drastic. I don't even know if google uses grammar in any lanaguge.

"I like Pie" would most likely get changed to "Pie like I " or "I Pie Like" and because it doesn't make sense google will try to add another word in there to MAKE it make sense.

Italian: I like pie (wtf)
German: Ich mag torte
French: I like pie (IDK)
Russian: Мне нравится пирог (I wouldn't even know)

I don't really understand the question. Conscripts can be armed with a full rifle set after unlocking for the motherland.

Maybe he unlocked FTML, saved the game and loaded it. After loading the game again, the full rifle upgrade wasn't possible anymore. That's my theory.
