Now after some thought I've come with some ideas about how I think Brit should be...
Mind you that I now RMC will come next patch, I just want to share some ideas and perhaps somebody will be interested and we can actually create constructive argument...
And hopefuly some of these ideas get the Dev's interest...

To note:
I want to keep the uniqueness of British as many as possible.
Let's begin...
1) Trucks1.1) General
1.1.1) Truck now not increase resources AND reinforce units. Player must choose whether they want their trucks to increase income or able to reinforce.
1.1.2) Truck no longer able to deployed in the same sector.
1.2) HQ Truck
1.2.1) HQ Truck don't choose whether to increase income or reinforce, it is build/come with reinforce feature and cannot increase income.
1.2.2) Instead of those upgrades, HQ Truck has two upgrade that allow them to build the Support Truck and the Armor Truck.
1.2.3) All of the British infantry now build in this truck
1.3) Support Truck
1.3.1) Bren Carrier now built here and only Bren Carrier that buildable by this truck.
1.3.2) Instead of units, Support Truck has 4 researches.
1.3.3) First Research: Improve Speed, it is the old Speed Bonus upgrade change to a research and applied to all truck.
1.3.4) Second Research, it makes all un-upgraded Infantry Section begin with a Brengun.
1.3.5) Third Research, it allow all Sapper buy upgrade.
1.3.6) Fourth Research, it allow all Sapper build advance emplacements.
1.4) Armor Truck
1.4.1) Stuart Tank now built here.
1.4.2) A research to build Tank.

2) Infantry2.1) General
2.1.1) I imagine Brit as hybrid of US and Wehr that they don't become better as they fight but they already powerful when they built, the researches increase their overall performance.
2.1.2) The officer still able to gain veterancy but no longer improve their bonus to other units, instead they gain differents ability.
2.2) Infantry Section
2.2.1) Infantry Section no longer has Brengun as upgrade, instead they have ATgun upgrade.
2.2.2) Infantry Section no longer able to build emplacement, but they able to build basic deffense such as sand bag and barbed wire. Personally I don't want trenches.
2.2.3) There is a research in Support Truck that make Infantry Section built with Bren Gun carrier.
2.3) Sapper
2.3.1) Sapper now build basic deffense and all emplecement.
2.3.2) Sapper can't buy upgrade early on, a research in Support Truck is required before they able to buy upgrade.
2.3.3) Sapper can't build all emplacement early on, a research in Support Truck is required before they able build advance emplacement (these emplacements are emplacements that previously buildable only by Sapper).
2.4) Lieutenant
2.4.1) Lieutenant no longer improve Infantry Section performance but they still gives movement bonus.
2.4.2) Lieutenant no longer cost fuel but they still capped to few numbers.
2.4.3) Lieutenant retain its Charge ability at Vet-1.
2.4.4) Lieutenant get ability that increase infantry damage to a targeted unit at Vet-2 and they themselves gets passive regeneration bonus.
2.4.5) I can't come up with Vet-3 ability, sorry...

2.5) Captain
2.5.1) Captain retain its ability to improve defence bonus in one sector but no longer improve its bonus value when get Vet.
2.5.2) Captain also get ability each Vet, though once again I am yet to get any idea what it will be, Captain also retain its passive bonus (such as +1 CP and +Fuel income at Vet-3).

3) Armor3.1) General
Nothing change much really because I think British armor is good enough, not exactly too strong or too UP. Just that CCT now get similar treatment to its infantry counterpart, no longer its bonus improve as it gains veterancy but instead it gets ability and passive bonus as it gains veterancy.
3.2) Bren Carrier
3.2.1) Now it is built in Support Truck.
3.3) Stuart
3.3.1) Now it is built in Armor Truck.
3.4) Cromwell Command Tank
3.4.1) It is still required to build Firefly.
3.4.2) Now it gives different bonus to different armor, pretty much like how Firefly get special bonus from CCT.
3.4.3) CCT now able to be built in larger number, but still capped to few number.
3.4.4) I don't exactly get any idea of what CCT abilities will be and what special bonus each armor will get.
Now that's it, I hope it is understandable...
