Just a little thing, I would really like it if you could build both KVs and T-34s together in one game. Just thinking it would be kind of cool and I don't see any major problems coming with incorporating KV-1s/KV-85s with the heavy tankkovy upgrade. :)

will not happen
there is no reason too add them as additional tanks
if you like them just activate the rewardunit (you have still the t34 as call in in breakthrough)

soviets had already enough vehicles and we have no plans to add more atm
