Well, I feel pretty honoured to be specifically requested. I'll have more time in 2 weeks I think.

I begin to play EF again lately.
Add me in-game: Dann88.
My skill is normal, play with me some 1v1 so you can have replays to provide balancers so they can give you some tips. And of course I can give you some tips too.
I'm drunk now, I'm outranked you in philosophy.

Dann is being modest. He's one of the better players in the community who isn't a balancer.

I'd sign up to be a "mentee" for this in a heart-beat... But living in Australia would make arranging anything problematic at best :(

I guess I'll have to suffice with replay feed-back: http://www.mediafire.com/?3o1t7ow96t0vybz - It was a 1v1 VPgame. Technically I lost in points, but I figure that's just because my opponent was being nice ^^; The one big failing I spotted myself is that I waited too long to get AT guns out to counter (or even prevent) his light vehicle rush...

Okay so I watched the replay. These are just my thoughts. If you don't agree that's fine:

-Getting 3 Inginery is risky early game and they dont have a lot of fighting power either so you might cap fast but you will die even faster. It's not like US where u can get 4 engineers and be okay. And then instead of getting infantry you get more Inginery
-When building your first building (typically T1) always build it at the edge of your build space. That way units can deploy faster and reinforce away from HQ
-Don't build both buildings (T1 and T2) as SU and not even make anything from T1. It leaves you with too little units. Stay to one tier until you are ready to escalate to the next one. And if you've got both tiers then just build Strelky, not conscripts.
-Don't buy an upgrade for a unit you don't even have. It just waste fuel and resources
-Don't cap a point with more than 1 unit. It doesn't help and it only puts you at a disadvantage.
-Don't build an MG nest early game on a 1v1. It waste so many resources that could have gone into teching or new units. And the enemy can just go around it (considering how you positioned it).
-Don't build under fire. You take 4x the dmg from doing so. And there is no point in putting an Outpost on a strategic point because you get no extra resources.
-You need to harass the other side of the map, not just bunker down on one side.
-You blob too much. Spread out
- You let him have 2 medium fuels which means you should have expected armor of some sort (which came in the form of a flame HT base rushing)
-You captured his MG and just left it in your base for a while. One of the main weaknesses of the SU is their lack of a suppression unit (you even built an MG). If you have one use it, and be aggressive with it.
-If you are getting attacked by flamers do not run into green cover. You take like 1.5x the dmg
-You had 70-80 fuel and instead of getting tanks immediately you bought Sturmovie which u didn't need. You needed AT desperately.
-You picked your doctrine way too early. BT would have helped a lot since all he did was spam light vehicles until t4
