Does IS-2 have more dmg per shot than panther ??? A video of a IS-2 vs Panther would help. Maybe panther shots bounce off :P

also one big fact not mentioned, panther outranges the IS2 and has quicker reload and better accuracy, but the IS2 gets more armor
