5Pio T2 strat vs Brits (newer piospam version) is OP!
Why didnt Relic made Engies and Pios more expensive to reinforce! Why are all engineers cheaper to reinforce than normal infantry!

Same. Why are the Penal Troops an upgrade instead of a new unit? And why aren't they available to all doctrines?

I want my frontline commissars right now! I want to get M1938 120mm mortar by default! I want SVT 40 Guards upgrade to be cheaper when Shock Guards is already developed!
