Lol, I think red orchestra has already bitten the dust. Bf3 and mw3 have dominated every fps fans attention: Except for the Modern tech haters, which could be a handful of people >.<

Nahh not really, Red Orchestra won't die because people will always get bored of games like BF 3 and Mod 3 because they lose too often or they find that people get really nooby and then they go to games like this, because they offer a place for all people to play fairly, no perks, no mega ultra game changing upgrades (Thermals in both games, Silencers in both games, etc.) Yea they got the super powered MG34 with the nut-sack mag, but those things are few and far between, most people can't really get one cause there is only so many slots for all the classes. Its much more balanced in my eyes.

My only desire is a Panzerfaust or an early RpzB for AT classes, perhaps some Binocs for the sniper classes

If Im correct, COD became semi unpopular b/c of "noob tubing". RO2 IMO wll be reasonably popular due to a desire to escape from things like perks and "noob tubing" and b/c RO2 is suppose to be more realistic :P. B/c when your a soldier there is not a hulking crosshair in your eyes that changes in size as you fire XD

Well no COD is losing Steam (see what I did there :P) because the game practically never changes. This is best exemplified by Mod 3. The game looks exactly the same as Mod 2, with somebody being so lazy that they reused buildings from CoD4 (sad). The game feels the same every time I play it, and it feels like they changed absolutely nothing from the last one. Not to mention half the perks being crap and half the guns being useless. They really go overboard and then make 1 gun that rules them all while the rest of us just st there. Not to mention that half of the guns don't really even belong in the game (ehrm the Model 1887, Chinese Type 95, FAD, need I continue).  Battlefield 3 offers more customization as well as other features such as command-able vehicles, suppression mechanics, light reflection, multiple ammo types, realistic upgrades (Heartbeat Sensor), etc. Only thing I would like in BF 3 would be the Hybrid Scope, and then have available for all Red Dot Sights, not just Holosights.

Red Orchestra is an FPS stripped to bare bones and thats why it works, not much crap to be found and less things can go wrong.

Skyrim is orgasmic as is Assassin's Creed Revalations. Modern Warfare you should really try out for yourself, you might like it. I hate new CoD games cause they get boring after about a week or so.

Yes CoD 4 was the last great Infinity Ward game, after that it went down hill.

CoD 4 and 5 looked pretty slick. MW2 was a bust, the campaign had so many gaps and holes in it that it just didn't make sense in the end. Russia invading the US over a massacre within 24 hours?! Didn't they take the time to look at video footage?! WTF was that? This also means that MW3 has a few holes in it's story as well as it's a continuation ( I didn't actually play MW3 yet)

I thought Black Ops was fun. Not sure why people really dislike it.
