However, the German Panzerbusche 39 and the PTRD would have been better choices, especially considering the PTRD was Vasily Zaytsev's weapon of choice (he had a Scope mounted on his PTRD)

I thought he used a Mosin Nagant Rifle with a scope ???. Or maybe that was just the movie ;D

He did indeed, but for wall penetration, particularly in Stalingrad, he employed a Scoped PTRD and a pair of Binocs

Just like .50 caliber rounds used today ;D. Or the new exploding rounds they're working on :P

Yeah. IDK how they work but they either stay in the wall and burst in the other direction of the shooter (so it kills the target) or they explode once on the other side :P. It was on the History channel(cause I somehow always catch the military programs ;D) but its only experimental for now :P. I think it will be employed soon ???

That sounds funny coming from you, Pauly, mayhap you have forgotten that blowing apart children was considered OK just 70 years ago. Things don't really change, its just the person who does it....

However of this dark topic and back to the game, at hand; there is one thing I have noticed in HoS, that being that our lovely AT weapons are useless against armor, so may I ask where do you try to aim. I tend to aim for the tracks, but I can never properly disable them, how many shots do you need to disable a tank's tread?

Owh great lord Thank you. I though I were the only one! The anti tank rifle works better as an semi sniper rifle or something.
I blow entire clips in the sides of both panzers and t34 but with no effect. When I fire at the tracks I see how they like flame up. But I dont know if they brake or are just damaged? :S

My English is kind of useless. But that because Iam swedish Wooohoooj! ;3

Well, Currently I have no job so Iam home all day long looking for job ( hard to get this days XD) So Yeah. I play kind of much XD And assault is my favorite class so I often play with the mp40 :> Thats one thing thats strange. The mp40 is imo my favorite weapon in the game. However according to my weapon stats is the mosin nagant rifle.

Kind of strange because I dont really use it much :S
