Which Game...
« on: September 02, 2011, 05:37:08 AM »
Really has made an impact on your childhood, that when you see it on youtube or anywhere else, you feel sadness and happiness of the good old times.

Mine would obviously be LoZ Ocarina. Still today I dont think no game can fill you with the magic Ocarina gave to everyone back in the 90s

When the Ostheer come out the only matches you will see online will be Soviet/Soviet vs Ostheer/Ostheer.

Sarges Heroes 2. It introduced me to war games when I was little (like 6 or 7). Ever since I've had a fascination in that genre

Om Nom Nom Nom
"Panzer-Guppy ready for battle!"
"Ha Ha Ha! We have the ZEAL!"
"Grenadiers! Fall In!!"

Hmm, I have two of these games actually.

The first is Animal Crossing which in my opinion is among the best and most enjoyable games ever made because of all the Easter Eggs, the Animals and just an enjoyable way of living your life through the eyes of some speechless guy with a patch for a nose.

The Second game would be Age of Empires (1-3, not that online crap) a series of games I will continue to play till the day I die. This game series really got me interested in history and lead me to actually know more about history than my History teachers between 6-8 grade.

My first RTS, Warcraft 1, I still remember microing 1 footman 1 cleric against 2 grunts or use mass archer and water elemental to destroy enemy base. First step to the RTS's world.
I'm drunk now, I'm outranked you in philosophy.

Battle for Middle Earth all the way ;).It was my first RTS game and coh reminds me alot of it.(command tree ability) lets see how great your KT does against my BULLROG!  :o(i think thats how u spell it u know the big demon thing ;D)
This game is balanced in everyway. Every Army has its strengths and weaknesses and you use your strengths to attack the enemy's weakness. If both players know this, than it turns into a game of skill.

This!  Even today, after such a long time, there is still an appeal for me to go back and play it a little.  It was certainly THE game of its time; its a shame its successors grew worse and worse.  Majora's Mask still had great appeal to me, but after that, shit really hit the fan.
