it depends always on the situation

the best way to help you would be if you could upload a replay of your last game

Its important if you play 1vs1 or 2vs2.

In a 1vs1 i would go for light tanks after you have chosen one t2 upgrade. Then go for t90 (1 or 2), when your opponent is PE you can build a t70 also (dont fear the ATHT it can be easily destryoed; watch out for marders!!). Then depending of your map control you can go for heavy tank upgrade or build a SU85.

In a 2vs2 1 ally can go fast tanks (meaning a t90 should be on the field under 10min ingame)

Infantry support is 3 consis in the beginning, then strelkys with red banner or the other upgrade (i dont remember name) if you play more defensive.


Thats very basic and can change depending what doc you choose. F.e. if you go breakthrough you have a early AT the SU76 (dont need a Su85 and can go for heavy tanks instead)

Personally i would go rather for the t34 than KV´s

i think if you upload the replay here its ok because we want to help you to get better

just zip the replay (you can also use the last not saved replay, this is the temp.rec file) and upload it her

so i have taken a look at the replay

1st on which version of eastern front you are playing? i get es sync error which normaly shows you that you played on another version

2nd it would help much more to see how you play in a 1vs1

3rd we need another replay because this replay shows only that you build 5 ingenerys and nothing else. also all other armys build only t1 so we realy needs another replay and this must be played in coh versin 2.602 and ef version 1.40

well ive done updates 1.01 1.02 1.03 1.04 i thought that was it and i dont noe why it did that with the start of the game and ill do a 1 vs 1 now

Dude... that stuff is obsolete. Don't know where you get it but it wasn't from the download button on our front page nor from the ModDB page.

Download the last version, the full installer for 1.40.

Remember to uninstall that stuff and check inside CoH folder that Eastern_Front folder and other EF files don't exist.

well i downloaded the actual game from here and when i donloaded them other updates stuff changed like guards prices went down etc but i installed the actual game from moddb

the strategy you will choose mostly depends on a map you re playing, and for that you need experience..a lots of it... soviets are not Up or OP!for me, balance is great!i just love when some noobs who thinks that they know how to play thinks that the game is unbalanced...

i downloaded it from one of the suggested mirrors but the launcher and the game did not seem as i had seen them, so when i downloaded those it added a few options in the armoury and it made guards go  from 380 man power to 300 man power so they must have done something
