Maybe RedGuard could help us now that IJoe is gone. I think he is able to read and write Russian, so it's likely he can also speak it.

Does he have a thick accent? It's not necessarily necessary, but i think it's important, to fit with the theme.

Maybe you could have a command squad moving around in front of a Russian HQ while conscripts run around, train, etc.
