Who ever can help please post and you'll be given access to the translation page/translation forums.

We need translators for Russian, Polish, Traditional Chinese, Japanese and Korean languages.

I can't speak for what the devs will do but we're done with balancing for the most part so I'm pretty sure the patch will be released right after relic releases theirs.

I don't think we'll wait for the remaining languages :(. I'm sorry for the users who use that language.
