BUT YOU HAVE TO REMEBER that in 43-45 our commisars were having ONLY epaulets, witout red stars  and red traingles on their hands!!!!!
it is very important!!!!!!

If you want to make something just do it!! So i decided to give more information about MY army as I want to see same one at the game!
Uniform task is the biggest problem for all developers in all countries!
