A pretty good game against RedCommissar, automatch conditions on langres. He put some serious pressure on with those blobs and dealt some serious damage at some points, especially with his SU-85. I should've gone assault nades earlier or used mines to counter his blobs and use my massive pile of munitions but oh well...

My pressure on the VPs was much greater than his though and I won through that.

Awesome game just watched the replay myself.

In hindsight I think the ~600 muni I was floating just about the whole game (lool) could have really been put to better use. thats a lotta mines

also a painful missed opportunity, very early missed an easy flank on that MG at middle. mid game was were my map control slowly started slipping away and I never regained true dominance

all in all you learn a lot from replays and i definately could of used another strelky squad, and 600 muni worth of mines

I wouldnt say SU is OP, it destroyed that Tiger while staing out of 88s range... and then it died to 3 Shreck shots. Also I cant remember but Im allmost sure that SU still has Hetzer heavy frontal armor (it will be changed). Finally Tiger has lower penetration and range than the Panther.

I would say the SU-85 is far too good for it's cost and low teching time/cost. It's easily the best TD in the game. The SU-85 is being adjusted though so there's no need to discuss it here.

SU85 is somewhat op, but in the replay the damn thing only got hit once while it was pounding the outranged  P4 and the Tiger that were moving back and vaporised in split seconds by the shrecks...to be fair tigers shots will even deflect off a sherman some times...

The early soviet infantry blob was quite a disturbing sight and you would have done alot better if you spit it up and flanked.

The un-vetted MP40 volks dealing so much damage on vetted Strelky infantry was quite a sight as well...

Surprising suppression from the halftrack.  I personally avoid that thing since it costs fuel, hence delaying infantry vet, but perhaps suppression is more important against those Soviet blobs than vet. 

Really seems vet is a lot less useful against Soviets because of the 75 - 80% thing, and the fact that MP40 volks who don't benefit much from vet seem to do a lot better against Soviet infantry than vetted grenadiers.

Yeah not getting vet was a big advantage actually, but if he had kept that med bunker up im a sucker for vetted grens

and yeah a couple times I thought i was going to roll right over those mp40 volks with CS and stelky and they were like nope! dont think so 

while su85 is very very good at what it does, that first tiger shot bouncing was a bit of a fluke. what was that close range? medium at best

Dennis has the biggest knowledge of all EF fans, I guess. He knew all those strange relations between weapons and armour types, and he's also very good and smart player.
He must be in BetaTesting team.
