So IJoe, where can I get that skin then? I just want some marines.

@Paciat yes marines are an assault force as you say. but I dont understand your close connection between assault and recon. recon forces dont typically engage as were assault forces, well yeah, u can say they engage  :D

@nice soviet marine pictures ooohh look they have shiny svt40 too! are they in game where is this screenshot from?

@person who said remove knights cross. No sorry, I know knights cross arent a real unit and are fictional. so yes imagine them as waffen SS who are real elites! and i know i usually consider the panzer elite the waffen SS but their elite is already the fallshirms so knights cross is representing waffen ss in this scenario

why dont add the naval infantry is a perfect special unit and is inside eastern front mod.
Where did you get that skin?

It looks good, but the beret needs to be fixed a little. Looks too British.

this unit and skins are inside of eastern front mod using corsix you can add.

Correct. I don't remember who made the current skin for Naval Infantry (Zerstörer might know), but the former Naval Infantry skin was made by Zerstörer (toying around with the unit iirc), but forgot to remove it before releasing EF... time later, another talented user, modified it to look like IJoe shows in his screenshot ;D!!

Btw I prefer IJoe's Naval Infantry than the current one XD.
Mors Indecepta

So can I change the name and model for, say Guardsto Black Sea Marines and still have the game MP compatible?

Well the skin packs work without compatibility issues. I'm sure I can change the model of Guards to Marines. It's just making the on-screen name different.
Also, BlackBishop, can you possibly move this into a new thread?

Some of the more elementary skinpacks work for EF multiplayer because they don't modify the AttribArchive content and they don't mess with the actual EF content.

If you want the naval infantry to replace say...the guards unit skin for example, you'd need to edit the guards animator in the attribute ebps folder to read from the naval infantry abp file instead of the guards abp file.  In this case, you would be messing with the AttribArchive content.

Alternatively, you could also edit the guard abp file to read the naval skin content, but in this also doesn't work since EF will detect ANY changes (no matter how small) to your EF content and shut you down from multiplayer.

Ok I see, shame then. Can the devs please make the marines a reward unit?
