Also, mosins should be changed for svts - that was far more widespread amongst NI.

I've yet to see any ww2 pics with NI having SVTs...which is very odd if they were so wide spread. Perhaps you could oblige us with the source of that info and pics?

Perhaps I would. And 100 000 by the end of the war (with just 1 division in 1941) is not wide spread - less 2.5 % percent of the entire Red Army.

A DP-28 that can be fired while moving and a PTRD-41. While i think a new icon for that upgrade should be made, is not that the current icons is a terrible one... it actually fits :).

Since conscripts no longer use the extra rifles picture for their upgrade I don't see a problem with this pic for the upgrade. I don't mind SVTs or mosins, either way these troops are beast.
