IJoe you're probably right. I'm just an ignorant Yankee who has no clue about Russian war songs except if they sound good. Although, I do like GodLikeDennis's version.

"Don't quit your day job"
Greetings icarusfoundyo! I got (EF1.3.1) up and running yesterday. I haven't had a chance to play the game but I hung around in the lobby long enough to listen to your tune. You did a good job with the theme. It has that nice pastoral intro and modulations in your build-up to the Crescendo. And the Crescendo didn't get too loud. (My wife goes nuts when that happens). Something sounds weird when the tubas (?) come in. give it a listen.Very evocative as a praelude to battle. It sets a good tone to start the game in.BTW what do you play? Me, I play the banjo, and a little Cajun Accordian. I play Old Time Stringband Music and Sing American and British Folksong. I am partial to music and songs from the 20's to 40's.Quote"Don't quit your day job"Enigma
