T0 - 1 Major 1 Engie
Use Engie to build T1 and then cap in safe areas.  Have the major cap aggressively.

T1 - 4 conscripts
Put them in houses if you can; just stall time.

T2 - Upgrade  2-3x sniper  1 AT Gun
Have Engie squad lay mines everywhere.  Abuse the sniper teams.

Propaganda Doctrine - 3CP Katysha
Win

Thanks Chancellor,

I was thinking about a very basic who is who , what is what kind of guide, not strategy. Something that describes the available Russian troops/resources and how to build them (prerequisites etc) like the COH printed user manual. Anyone?

Nice thorough description by GodlikeDennis.
I might add, that currently basic strelky squads gain access to ppsh/dp upgrades, after the global armory "Red Banner" upgrade has been researched, but don't get the special abilities of the Red Banner strelky squads, that these latter gain after the corresponding upgrade is finished.

Already put that.

If anyone can post costs as well, since I only did the ones I could think of.

I'm looking for a printable Guide too, to help EF divulgation on brazilian comunity.

Talking about that, i think brazilians are one of biggest comunities of EF that play player vs player.
