But it will bind you to steam, that's a pure bitch.
Of all so-called "online services" steam is the one, I hate the most, for it's absolutely unfriendly and so damn annoying to use IMO.

good solution is battle.net

You can purchase a key and unlock the game online. Then you download and install the game.

But only a few games are offered (SC2, WOW crap, ...)

That's not completely true... You can buy ToV, download it, run it, log in with your account and it will be added to your Relic Account.

Or you can download it, after it finished go to library, right click over ToV and choose "show key option" or something like that, then you can use that to register manually on your Relic Account.

The only downfall is that after installing Steam-ToV and if you already had Retail CoH there could be problems and perhaps you will need to reinstall RetailCoH.

I would try Amazon. They're not bad, when they decide to ship to your country...

Wait, you already have a CD-key? A legal key, right?
Then just use some torrent tracker to download an uncracked CoH version (with separate crack programme), but instead of cracking it, just use your valid key during the installation. Then register online, or use your CD every time you run the game, since even if it's partially corrupt, it will still let you to use the game, if it's able to be verified by your ROM device.

But he didn't say his DVDs didn't work, also Retail keys don't work on Steam(register new cd key option on steam), but registering both types of CoH keys inside the game works.

Well, since the Beta patch, if you register a key on Steam will give you access to the beta, nothing else.
