My worst enemy american anti-tank gun 57mm!!!with AP shells!! :'(
I started to have 57mm shock whenever i hear it lol but i rly do!
I am rly annoyed when i runn on to 2-3 57mm at guns guarding single street and i have to retreat my vechiles and take it out by mortars or other arty pieces.I played countless games again expert american CPU and 1 on 1 i dont have that problem but when serveral american CPU unite theirs AT's it becomes rly nasty especialy when my ally is an AI wich just waste vechiles one after another.They just make AT's one after another and mix them with some tank support leaving me no choice than use bombarding abilities or mortars,nebelwerfers etc...

In old COH AT's were at every corner and in COH TOV it is AT numbers are reduced but still it pose a great threat (my only threat)
Is there any more efficient tactic to get rid of these instead of sniper fire and mortars,nukes ???

and is there any pacth where american AI make tanks instead loads of AT guns?

Perhaps stop tank blobbing against coms and have a real game against people?

Any sort of arty is useful against AT guns, especially firestorm. Apart from that, grens are good because shreks are very effective against the guns themselves so the com won't just reman it.

Pumas (unupgraded) can decrew AT guns quite quickly and and if Vet 2 they have a large evasion bonus (only while on the move). Youre screen of PAKs (hope you will have it) will also benefit from vechicle vet.
If using PE just overrun them with MP44.
And dont play chokepoint maps...

I do play against real ppls (only LAN party) but i also play against CPU.
The puma thing works only if AT gun is not guarded by rangers or other at fire.and about 80% they are covered by other AT's.
Flanking the AT with puma is ok,but thats works only for early game period.
And MP44 thing prove to be unusefull since infantry get pinned by MG's or BAR fire while their AT's searching a vechiles or firing on pinned MP44 infantry...
The whole thing depends are AT guns guarded ,on chokepoint or alone.My worst situations are well guarded 3-4 AT guns.

The AT guns is easy to solve when playing with friends in LAN we just cooperate and break them fast...but playing with AI ally is different thing.

If he support his AT gun, you can't kill it only with an unupgraded Puma. In other words, he supports his units well, but you don't.

There's no such thing as well guarded 3-4 AT guns when playing vs AI. The AI is completely random and if it could it would capture points with ATGs. Tbh it sounds like you just need to diversify your playstyle and not expect a head on tank charge to succeed against everything (Ppl tend to assume that since tanks are tanks and that they come late and expensive they autowin against everything on their own). If you let the enemy amass such a wide array of units in one location (assuming what you said is true) then either he's left his flanks exposed or you got outplayed really hard and can't win anyways.

Yeah AI will pop AP shells 90% of the time due to resource advantage...but that's because its the AI which I'm pretty sure you can outsmart in so many ways to compensate for it  ;)
