   This is a great mod btw, is anything else going to be done with the other factions?
   Very strange what happened today, was playin against PE, i was Brits, the mortar halftracks were hurting me pretty badly nearly taking out whole sqauds with 1 shot! About 17min in i have 4 squads together headed south on Lorain and suddenly every man dusted in all 4 squads!?!? Blew my mind, was that the martar halftrack killing way more than expected? Min later I shut down and saved the replay. Watching the replay shows nothing nearby that vaporized everything and i realized about ten seconds later the yellow light came on telling a flag, sector ardie, had been captured. It Sector Ardie that killed all those guy. Always know to run like hell from Sector Ardie but this was rediculous. The worst luck ever! Got the replay if you want it.
   This is wrong, sector ardie should not be able to be put on a sector until it's owned.

I don't think the Devs are gonna tweak original gameplay any further unless relic decides to do so. The only reason they touched the vCoH balance was because it had some very OP stuff that relic didnt borther to fix until now.
Sector Artillery shoots randomly around the targeted area if theres an enemy pressence inside it. Sometimes you will get your squards "dusted" if your not carefull or quick enough to react to the threat of Sector Arty. I don't think it needs any changes since yeah its random and therefore ofc abit of a gamble. But its a very powerfull ability and fun to use, dosent need any changes i love it  ;D

Meh you just got unlucky, mate.  There's a lot of these moments in CoH.  Just be glad you don't have to deal with strafing runs as Soviets.

I think what he's complaining about is that the AI is able to place sector artillery on an enemy-owned sector, whereas human players can't. But anyway, it has always been like this and it seems the AI doesn't require LOS either. So it isn't a bug caused by EF it was there before.
