Possible Fix for the Could Not Verify Media Steam Version

I figured it out finally. When you have steam open in offline mode, go to your library and second click on the CoH you use, I use ToV and go to properties -> Launch Options and set it to -dev -mod Eastern_Front like you did your desktop shortcut it started working for me after that. The desktop shortcut still wont but your steam will. Remember if you want to play regular CoH again to go back into the launch options and take that line out again. HOPE THIS WORKS FOR YOU GUYS TOO.

This is nice to know and will help users in the future . Maybe was already know for some users, but a lot more don't know it(included myself).

In theory, you could put the params when steam is online and will work when you try it offline.
