It definitely is a problem with the CheatMod which we can't give any support for. Contact the author of CheatMod to resolve that problem. He'll probably know best how to make CheatMod compatible with CoH:EF.

error kinda fixed i got rid of cheatmod scar so i cant use cheatmod and i am now using a trainer and it lets me play pe with victory poins but the ticker does not change

You should uninstall completely CheatMod, not just delete one file.

trainer does not work with the soviets but all the other factions are fine
