Invisible Units Issue

Hello there, a friend of mine recently installed the Eastern Front mod, which caused crashes etc., so he subsequently uninstalled it. After uninstalling, whenever he attempts to fire up Tales of Valor, the units and vehicles are now invisible. I've checked out various bug threads on the web and the invisible units glitch seems to stem from incompatible graphics card models, but before installing and uninstalling EF, the units and vehicles were displaying normally. Has anybody else experienced this glitch?

I really did. It was as if the fog of war was all over the map,
and could not see any of the units, even in the videos.

I solved it by uninstalling, removing all files from the editor
case record, and re-install
