Wish some pictures for the next sneak peak...  ;D
As you might guess the buildings aren't "new designs" that's why i didn't post any screenshot of them.

I'll try to post screenshots in the next time.

Infanterie Gruppen Post
You can recruit infantry support here. The Infanterie Gruppen Post is the backbone of your army; this building allows you to call in your early support units and basic infantry units, such as the Landser.

Schutzen War Camp
Your first step into modern, mechanized warfare. The Schutzen War Camp have a wide list of specialized support and assault units. One of the units in this building that you can build is the Panzer II Ausf. L "Luchs".

Panzer Kampf Kommand
The Best of the German Steel is ready to steamroll the enemy forces. The Panzer Kampf Kommand is where you can call in your tank reinforcements. All tanks reinforcements requested from the Kampf Kommand comes off-maps when they arrive. For example, you can request the Panzer III Ausf. J from here.

So most tanks and units come "off map" as call in, right? Ostheer is a call in army?

Will Ostheer have Shrecks? Hope not. AT riflenades that can be fired while running would be great...
wouldn't that be another spammable piat? I don't hope so.
Piat cant be fired while running. :P

What are the doctrines???
I think Heeresgruppe Nord (Leningrad: any siege units, artillery), Mitte (Kursk, Prokhorovka, Orel: many many tanks) and Süd (Stalingrad, Rostov: urban combat, artillery)
That would suck... :P
In 1941 Army Group North made more progress than any other army but it couldnt capture Leningrad - so it should be the most mobile doctrine. From 1942 to 1944 only the southern front was mobile.
And why would you want 2 artillery doctrines? As Field Marshall Zukov said the german army depends on mines more than it does on guns. Why cant they be called Siege and Maneuver doctrines? That would made more sense.

I don't know why you're thinking this, even you bold the phrase and got that as result?? was it a rhetorical question?  ;D

Only tanks will come from Off-map and doctrine units of course. That's why that text is located just on Panzer Kampf Kommand section. Also I think you misunderstand the term, they come off map when you construct them, you build one and when finished it will be arriving from off-map instead of the factory.

M-8 mines and tank traps will be nasty but I guess Ostheer can plant their own mines to counter that.

Cant wait to see how the vet system works...

nooo, Osther will be unique with it.
And how do you expect to make tanks wheels and treads to move without animators?  ;)

As i understand your early units are constructed in the Infanterie Gruppen Post, but come from off map. So are the tanks in the Panzer Kampf Command. Which units will come out of the building after constructing?

Sorry for bothering, but it´s the first real Update and i wanna know more  ;D

oh, perhaps i used the wrong word, but i meant recruit, i didn't think of call in as synonymous of call off-map. In the current ostheer concept, all tanks but Luchs will come in that way.
