Not all Germans were Nazi, only those in the party. Not all Italians were fascist, only those in the party. Not all French were under the Vichy government either. So no, it's not true.

It's the politic-socialistic regime ... it's not the opinion.
Opinoin is - not all germans takes particularity with the nazi mesures & support the Nazi opinion.

One more point ... on the german nazi side on the Eastern front fights the italian, romanian, finland allies of the nazi & wermaht and others ... that's why soviet-russian soldiers and their progenys does not divide ... with nazi-fascism-visi ...

And yeas, i make an error ... Italians - fascists, French - vichi. I already understand.
