I cant patch my old company of heroes to 2.601 patch

I have " company of heroes " i want to play "El" I trying ti patch it to 2.601 patch but this message appeared  This patch update Company of Heroes version 2.600.0, but you you appear to have version UNKNOWN installed. to download the latest patches, run Company of Heroes and log in to Relic Online. (Error code 10244)   plz help me
