You need to know how to get to your router's configuration options. So you have to find the default gateway address. Mine for instance is 10.0.0.138. Google your router's name + default gateway address to find this. Type it into your web browser (IE or firefox etc), then log in, which by default is probably:
Username: admin
Password: admin

Find either firewall or address translation options and add the ports you need, remembering to specify UDP or TCP. Do this for YOUR COMPUTER's IP address, which you can also probably find in the router settings somewhere, perhaps under devices. You may need to set up a static IP address. Google "setting up a static IP address" to find out how. Adding your OS to the search parameters may help.

In the port range just add 6112 to 6112, 30260 to 30260 and 9100 to 9100 and tick enable. You shouldn't need to put anything in application and leave protocol how it is. In IP Address, type in the address of YOUR MACHINE on the network. If you don't know what it is, you may have to set up a static one. Google "setting up a static IP" to find how.

@ firefox
If your port won't open, try turning on a DMZ or turning on NAT address translation. NAT will allow you to specify your IP address and opens all ports to it but will disable other machines on the network from accessing the net. NAT will certainly allow you to play but other people in your house might get angry :P.

If you don't set a static IP for your machine, it will get a new IP address every time you turn it on.

You may have to reapply the settings since DMZs have a time limit I believe, since it's basically a hole in the firewall, which turn off to keep security up.
