I think that LTs shouldnt heal becouse they boost offensive stats, but Captain should get a buff so that when he is vet 2 he should heal at least as fast as vet 1 wehrmacht heals itself.
To me healing with 1,92HP/min (vet 0) or 3,84HP/min (vet 2) is a joke. Captain needs 30 minutes to restore 95% of LTs/Tommies HP.
Dont care about the LTs stacking bonuses. They can be nerfed.
