Breakthrough Strategy not enough ponts

in  can´t unlock The Juggernaut & IL-2 Sturmoviks te last point i need just the "green wheel" just restarts when it supposes to earn another point,  only appens at last point of Juggernaut or Sturmoviks so i can unlock only one.

What version do you have? because i remember exactly the same problem with a older EF version think it was 1.10

If thats the case update the mod :)
