Using Soviet - how to deal with CPU Hard AT spam

I am using Soviet against Wehrmacht CPU Hard.  CPU is spamming 3x AT guns so I am forced to pull back my armor.  I send a Sterlky with SMG to go after the AT guns but then they got killed by an enemy tank's MG.  : (  I tried using sharpshooter but unlike US sniper, they keep missing and were killed by the AT gun...

Also my commander died so no arty for me, and the AT guns are spread out anyway...

Any suggestions?

Try with Katyusha rocket-launcher or with a very strong IL-2 Sturmovik's bomb raid

Sorry i was playing berlin map (urban settings) so i used urban doctrine so NO Katyusha rocket-launcher (i know they have wider spread than commander's arty) or IL-2 Sturmovik's bomb raid... 

Sniper Ace, who is dead accurate, is very far away in terms of doctrine power points at my current game.  : (

I hate Soviet sharpshooter team, why are they so inaccurate compare to US or Wehrmacht snipers???  : (

I think their accuracy is deceptive because the spotter also fire so you here the spotter shooting and nobody drops and then the sniper fires and it goes back and forth like this making it seem like they are missing 50%+ of the "sniper" shots taken but it is actually the spotter missing.

Thats called stalemate.
You cant expect that you will defeat 3 AT guns with tank support with a frontal attack.
Thats where you should use arti - mortars becouse enemy AT guns cant counterattack.
Ingenery satchel charges could also work.

I advise you to wait to choose the doctrine ... see your opponent's tactics and witch units he use (and how); have an overview of the battlefield and then decide the doctrine accordingly.

For example, if the Americans have much flow of gasoline is a good idea the Tank Company, or,
Your enemy is well entrenched? Try the Soviet's doctrin of Propaganda or British artillery.

I do not choose too early the doctrine to use.

You can build more commaders, its not limited to 1.

and try using the soviet 120 mm mortar, but use it only when u have upgraded it , i swear it turn into an infantry killer

it has a massive range so you dont need to worry about being shot at or you can use a zis 2 supported by ingenery and a strelky
