Unique Victory/Defeat Banner

Why do you currently have a vCoH Axis Victory/Defeat theme and banner play when you win/lose as the Soviets?
(and in the future with the Ostheer?)

I know it's possible to change the banner by coming over this on the internetz: http://img692.imageshack.us/i/relic00145c.jpg/

It's from the CoH: Battle of Crete mod.

I can make such banner in half an hour, I just have to know how he must look (size, i also heard it have to be upside-down to be imported).

It is one of the side-effects of adding a new faction - it appears we cannot add a new banner.
