CPU: Intel core duo E6750 @ 2.66GHz
RAM: 4GB Kingstone
VIDEO CARD: GeForce GT 220 1GB
OS: Windows XP 2002 version
HD: 500GB

Could you try playing with lower settings? I'm guessing you are using Ultra settings ???

If you already have this crash at minimum settings, I don't think there's much we can do about it :-X... try using this software, it may help you or you can upgrade to 64 bits OS.

Just downloaded and installed, 2011_01_21_EF_Setup1.3.0.0_full_backup. When I launch EF I get the following error (Windows Error Report):

Do you have internet connection in the PC you installed EF?

Do you have firewall software and is configured to let EF_Launcher send requests?

Not using proxy.



Try disabling auto-update feature:

1) Go to your CoH Directory.
2) Open EF_Launcher_Config.ini
3) Change Auto_Update=True to Auto_Update=False
4) Go to this topic, download & install the updates manually.

You will need to install manually the next updates though.

Hi, I wrote recently of various crash on my PC. I tried "Game Booster" but without success. Now I installed EF on my laptop that run with windows 7 64bit. Initially Ihad no problems, but today, shortly after the start of the match at Leningrads whit soviet, the game crashed. HELP ME PLEAZE!!! I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO. :'( :'( :'( i CAN'T PLAY EF IN ANYWAY!

my game crashed, my pc stucked you know i cant use alt f4 or ctrl alt delete, and there was a rifle's sound like "vijivijivijiviji", sound get stucked too, rifle's sound was like mg :). I had to reset my pc and i hadn't get any dmp files.

Hey guys i have a problem, when i right-clicked my soviet infantry units-any units.Suddenly my game crashed and i was out to the desktop with an crash message.Can anyone help me?

The only advices i can think about are:

  • Lower your settings.
  • Increase virtual memory.
  • Use programs such as Game Booster (need to be activated before playing).
  • Close as many programs as you can before playing(such as web browsers, download managers, torrent clients, etc.)
  • Upgrade from 32 bits OS to 64.

Don't forget to upload your warnings.log and dump file if you can(some type of crashes don't make this possible).
