if there's supposed to be a campaign, I have some ideas for missions:
1.Kursk
Commander is asked to make defences and defend area from about forty assorted german tanks and infantry units, but has full access to combined arms doctrine and several lines of mines, trenches and at, guards infantry only.
2. Orel counterattack
Commander is asked to push forward from positions (is same map as Kursk but extended, damaged bunkers and destroyed tanks etc) given several tanks, to mount guards infantry on, a few katyushas and some access to other side of mechanized tree. Faces some infantry with small anti tank guns and masses of german tanks at really close quaters.
3. (flashback sequence) Moscow defence:
Given control of infantry regulars and ski troopers, propoganda tree, few t34s but a couple of kvs and t35s. Thrown into allied attack on a village with mg42s and mortars and 2 88s (evil I know)
4. (continuation of flashback) Stalingrad operation Uranus
Commander uses several katyushas to blow german lines to pieces, then joins alliedtank attack on heavy german defence, but while allies are destroyed, goes around defences and flanks it
5. (flashback end) operation ring:
Commander joins attack on red tractor factory (last german stronghold)
Mostly infantry attack, city fight tree and a few tanks. In recognition for taking factory, Zhukov gives player and his company order of the red banner and guards status.
6. Operation bagration: mixed attack by soviets with tanks and infantry. (mission details needed, but lots of "forestry" involved)
7. Romania 1944:
Winter again, commander given is2
8. Berlin
City fight with best of german army and Hitler youth. Uses is2s , artillery and Stalingrad assault veterans. Reaches one aa tower and destroys it with charges. Resting player remembers Stalingrad again, resulting in last flashback (rousing music... The next nut we need to crack is gonna be difficult, but were no strangers to that...)
9. Early Stalingrad: propoganda
Volga landing, enemy at the gates style, storming waterfront, conscript killing etc... Objectives done, mission ends but restarts with commanders troops ready for attack on mamayev kurgan, wins and builds trenches, huge german attack, player ends with a few troops left and after attack is taken back across Volga by NKVD with last 6 men.
10. Berlin (no, not Reichstag, ty cod5!
) "the monster"
Mission objective is a huge factory with maus or some other huge german unit
And several infantry. Player ends campaign using huge pe8 bombing run.

This isn't finished, and only if u are adding a campaign...
However the campaign involves operation citadel, the first two missions being the biggest by far, and the flashbacks give added detail of the beginning of the war for the Russians (excuse for t-35!
) so I don't think much change would be needed. Feedback please!!!
