Russain bot using Bazooka

I dont know if I correctly posted the picture..

I saw more than one time that Russian bot inf take others inf weapon from the ground.

Is this a bug, because when I play with Russian I can not use even my own left weapon

You can pick up light weapons, such as Bazookas and LMG. However you cannot pick up heavy weapons, such as HMG and AT guns.
