How the Voice was made?

Hey friends,
im doing a mod to this game, i cant find a good tutorial to teach me to add my own italian voices to my units, how u guys did on EF? could u guys point me some tutorial plz?

The team used the voices from the russian version of Company of Heroes, there are several mistakes as some tanks saying Sherman or Greyhound.

I assume you could take the Italian voices from the Italian version, but I'm not sure on how to, and I think the team asked relic if they could use the russian voices.

EDIT: Wow I saw your thread over at Relic, your models look really good! And you made BUILDINGS!  ;D, shame you got banned.   :(
