Here is where the files are hiding:  programfiles(x86)/steam/steamapps/common/companyofheroesrelaunch

The common file contains Company of heroes, company of heroes 2 AND company of heroes relaunch.  Is this okay?

What's my next move?

Looks fine as far as I can tell. You tried starting Eastern front with the EF_Launcher.exe or with the Shortcut on your desktop, right? It may take a minute to load up the game. You can also check if the game is running in the background with pressing alt+tab key.

I think it would be better if I use teamviewer to see the problem by myself ... your file system seems fine.
