I was thinking of a modification to the Russians if it isn't to much of a hassle.
I did some research and this is what i though.
Here is the things I have though of.
Results:
An Upgrade for the Barracks Can now build-
Russian medics- They Heal any unit within a small proximity of them. Cost:100 Manpower
Pop-3
and
Russian Commissar Squad- 3 highly trained officers who can influence any Russian soldiers in a small to medium length proximity of them to fight more aggressively and without fear.
Cost:350 Manpower
Pop-5
Russian Tank Hall-
The OT-133 Russian Flamethrower Tank-
The Russian OT-133 would be small and weak but very dangerous towards infantry and buildings.
Upgrades-One Extra Barrel for Bullets to come out of.
Cost for Upgrade-50 Ammunition
Total Cost of Tank-350 manpower and 45 fuel.

New Addition-
I have noticed there isn't any unit to spot snipers so I though of one this is what I cam up with.
Support Center-
Russian Scouter- The Russian scouter would be unarmed but would be able to spot any sniper within a medium size radius.
It would also have the same ability as the commanders, the ability to use binoculars.

The Juggernaut- Main Idea: A powerful tank with one giant barrel and two smaller (ostwind type) barrels on both sides of it.
Fortress Point- Main Idea: An emplacement that would be set up around a secured point which would allow 4 soldiers to garrison in. The fortress would take damage but the soldiers wouldn't
Tank Slowing Ability- Main Idea: A trap that would make tanks/vehicles move very slowly even if they already did.
