I almost never see the T-70 used, and it can become confusing while looking and sounding (name-wise) almost exactly like the T-90. I suggest that the T-90 be left alone and the T-70 be replaced by an armored car of some sort.

I use it to get rid of flakpanzers I use that thing a lot, its better against the panzer elite that little thing packs a punch!

T-70 is a counter to AC spam. Leave it alone. It would be great if a T-90 (rare to been seen in WWII) could be raplaced with BA-64 but BA-64 would be build in T2 lvl 2 (sowiet WSC+one more building).
